Ellie, you just pointed out a huge typo for me, it should be spinach and artichoke hummus, not avocado! So thank you, and my apologies! I must’ve had avocado on my mind. I’d love to do an avo hummus sometime though 🙂

Haha wouldn’t that be something! I actually think I’ve seen guacamole hummus at Costco before, but I’ve never tried it. I’ll have to do some research (aka stuffing a lot of dip in my face) lol

That cheesecake looks so good, Larice! I just want to eat all the recipes you posted. I am starting to feel joy around cooking again so I am going to have to try some of your recipes and sit down and eat the delicious food with my family 🙂
