10 Gluten Free and Vegan Recipes to Celebrate Spring

Since spring is in full swing, and Easter is just two days away, I thought it might be fun to share some of my favorite spring recipes on the blog. There’s something for everyone in this little round-up; everything from cheesecake to saucy spring vegetables, chocolate eggs and cupcakes to kale salad. Asparagus and mint are showcased here, as well as lemon everything. All recipes are gluten free and vegan, with most being refined sugar free as well. Many are also oil-free, paleo-friendly, and raw too! Happy Springtime friends, and happy Easter to those who are celebrating this Sunday.
